Our shared Christmas parties offer a delicious 2-course meal with many tasteful dishes for all of your guests to enjoy. You have the option to opt for a traditional Christmas Turkey dinner with Apricot and Sage Stuffing, Pigs in Blankets, Roasted Potatoes and Pan Gravy or to try our British Vegetable Pithivier with Roasted Cauliflower Purée and Red Wine Sauce.
Complete your festive dining with us by choosing a classic Christmas Pudding with Brandy Custard, or opt for something a little sweeter with our Chocolate Tart and Spiced Orange Purée.
A Carbon-Conscious Christmas
To make your Christmas celebrations more sustainable, at our Christmas events, we will be using ethically sourced ingredients and serving Red Tractor Assured turkey. We are measuring the carbon footprint of our Christmas menus to help minimise the impact on our planet.
To minimise waste, we’re doing away with traditional crackers and going digital with our e-cracker party prize draw.

A non-refundable deposit of £15 per person is required at the time of booking and the full balance is payable six weeks before your party date. Subject to availability. Menu choices, including dietary requirements, are required six weeks in advance of your party date.

From the moment we walked into Eastwood Hall to discuss our wedding with Diandra we knew we’d picked the right wedding venue. Diandra was an absolute gem from start to finish, communicating every step of our wedding journey along the way. Ensuring everything we asked for was put in place. Even dow n wanting our dogs to be at the wedding. A big thank you has to go Beth, who was our Master of Ceremonies for the day from meeting with her on the night prior she literally couldn’t do enough for you.. Beth ensured everything ran smoothly on the day of our wedding & we did hit a big hiccup on the morning of the wedding but she took it all in her stride.. Beth & her team did Eastwood Hall proud on the day. Wedding Breakfast service was perfect.. Compliments have to go to the chef, the wedding breakfast & evening buffet food was amazing & delicious & having to deal with fussy eaters they were catered for with no fuss.. My new Husband and I have recently had our Wedding here and we couldn't have asked for more. It was a beautiful day from staying in the Minton Suite the night before with my Bridesmaids and mum, to the ceremony, wedding reception and evening reception. Special thanks to Diandra, our assigned wedd ing coordinator who was always available via email or phone call to answer queries. We told her our Scottish Wedding Vision and she helped us create it. Very well mannered, professional and efficient. Nothing was too much. We'd also like to thank the whole team and Danny (our Master of ceremonies) on Sat (05/10) for all their hard work. Nothing was too much and they were there the whole time helping the day run smoothly and to a time schedule. Eastwood Hall is such a beautiful venue with gorgeous grounds to have a wedding. Diandra has been an amazing wedding coordinator, she went above and beyond for us, making sure we knew everything, every step of the way, even when we weren’t listening and came a week early for the food tasting. I’d say if I ever get married again then I’d come back, but that would be defeati ng the purpose. Anyway, the wedding day was amazing in every way possible!!! DAN THE MAN…!! His charisma and charm won over my guests, he did us proud, from making sure everyone was catered too, introducing us as newly weds and so much more. We would like to show our appreciation for all the hard work all the staff put in yesterday to make our Wedding Day really special. Everyone was really kind, efficient and really couldn't do anymore for us. A special thanks to Danny, he was really attentive and didn't have any issues getting anythi ng we wanted. The food was amazing, and was the focal point of all our guests compliments, so compliments to the chefs and kitchen staff for a gorgeous 3 course meal. From start to finish, Diandra has been amazing and has answered any questions and queries we had and so our day went smoothly. She is an asset to you with her cool personality and very professional manner. We can never thank you enough Diandra for bringing our visions to life. The grounds and venue was absolutely stunning and you really couldn't do more.

Our stay at Eastwood Hall was the highlight of our FIT Touch World Cup tour. As Team USA, we had high expectations, but the staff at Eastwood Hall exceeded them all. The well-maintained facility, with its blend of historic and modern features, felt like a home away from home. The ample space accommo dated our large group perfectly, and the staff were proactive and attentive to our every need. Eastwood Hall's staff handled every detail with professionalism and meticulous attention. They provided excellent food options, catered to dietary needs, and adapted seamlessly to schedule changes. For our 160 athletes, they arranged recovery rooms, ice baths, and more. Each time we needed something, the staff's response was always, "This is what we do," and they delivered flawlessly. Eastwood Hall became more than a venue; it felt like family. We will always consider it our home in Nottingham and its staff our extended family in the UK.

We got married at Eastwood Hall on the 13th of July, having the ceremony, meal and party in the Chatterley Suite. We honestly can’t praise the venue enough! Throughout the booking process, Diandra was on hand to answer any and every question that we had - making quite a daunting process really ac cessible and easy. Every request we had was looked into and they took a lot of the little jobs off of our plates. On the day, Amy and Danny were on hand to support throughout the day and a lot of our guests commented on how seamless everything was! We stayed in one of the apartment suites which was clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed. Can’t thank the team enough!

We have just had our wedding at Eastwood Hall and if I could of given 10 stars I would do. The venue was superb, great location, beautiful surroundings, quiet and easy to find that made it very comfortable for everyone attending. The facilities were fantastic with plenty of close parking, easy acces s for mobility, and plenty of space for large groups so it never felt overcrowded. The food was exceptionally good, not only for the wedding but in the restaurant as well. What really touched us and many of our guests however were the unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. A special mention is needed for Beth as our coordinator of the day with Caitlin assisting, as they were just superb. Their professionalism and organization were outstanding meaning the day went so smoothly, yet if we needed anything they were right with us to help. There were so many small touches they thought of so nothing became a problem, from finding accessories to sorting bouncy castles in bad weather. They were both so friendly too adding such calm to what could be a very intense event. It is very rare to find a business were the service is so high yet at Eastwood Hall we were just impressed at every step as were our guests. Our day was planned by Diandra who really sold it to us thanks to her clear knowledge and understanding, then the reception were so warm and welcoming, as we're all the team serving, and assisting, and we even had a chap just come and help decorate late the night before. Nothing seemed too much bother for anyone yet always with smiles on their faces. Then before the big moment, everyone lined up smartly and made us feel we were in Downton Abbey! They spoke and looked after the kids, and so many of them kept coming up to us throughout the day and chatting with us like old friends. We really can't recommend Eastwood Hall enough. Thank you Beth, Caitlin, Diandra and all of the team for one of the best day we've ever had!

Thank you to Lewis and the amazing staff team at Eastwood Hall. We hosted our first business summit at this stunning location in May 2024. Our guests, team and I were very impressed with the high standard of service delivered by the venue's staff. As the event organiser, I would say t hat we had an amazing experience dealing with the Eastwood Hall team before, during and after the event. Hiring the venue was a great decision in regard to accessibility, parking, facilities and room layout. Plus, the catering services throughout the day were excellent. All of the staff I personally interacted with were very helpful and supportive too! This beautiful venue is perfect for our event. We're delighted to have an opportunity to book space again for May 2025! If you are looking to host a business event within a stunning location, I'd highly recommend checking out Eastwood Hall.

I just wanted to let you know Eastwood Hall staff could not have been more helpful and reassuring in the way they helped us meet during these difficult times. Their commitment to social distancing and sanitation helped all our delegates feel very comfortable in their surroundings. Staff worked very hard to ensure the refreshment stations, restaurant and communal areas were all well signed and equipped with plenty of sanitiser. We shall most certainly be returning to what has proven to be a perfect business venue if not the best we have used in recent times. We recently held a two-day meeting with overnight accommodation at Eastwood Hall. The team went over and above for us, the communication was great and although challenging during COVID restrictions, they made life very easy for us with social distancing. The meeting room was well equipped, nicely sp aced and we loved the individual snack boxes. The hotel rooms were perfect for the stay, and the food was great. We will definitely be back again.

The feedback for your team has been fantastic; while difficult when training groups are larger, the team had learnt and remembered names. It struck me in fact – we have used many venues for over ten years and folk don’t know my name and so hearing names spoken, was truly excellent. I imagine there has been no more challenging a time to manage a venue. It was very refreshing to see The Venues Collection recently announce their stay safe, feel safe charter for conferences, training and events, not only did it show their proactive approach but the ability to be flexible and adapt during these unprecedented times. Now that things have settled down, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and Eastwood Hall for making our day so perfect. All of the tables, seats and meals were done exactly as we requested, meaning there was zero stress on the day and everything went like clockwork. All our extra little req uests like the boats for the sauce and the extensive allergies for my baby niece were all catered for with no hassle, which was wonderful. Our guests commented on how beautiful everything was and how smoothly and seamlessly everything went and we are so, so grateful! On October 19th, Eastwood Hall hosted my daughter Sarah’s wedding after the ceremony which was held at Measham Baptist Church. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The grounds were great for the photos, the room was set out beautifully and the food was absolutely amazing from the canap és to the Wedding Breakfast to the evening buffet. I would like to give a special mention to Ben who was Master of Ceremonies among other things, he did everything he said he would and made sure that we didn’t have to worry about anything and last but not least, it was great that we were able to have a wonderful breakfast in the morning before we went home. Thank you so much to everyone at Eastwood Hall who helped make our day so special.

I honestly could not have been happier with the service! From start to finish I was made to feel like I had nothing to worry about. Ben could not have been more attentive, from helping me and my bridesmaids with all our bags and stuff for the room, to arranging the table for our meal the night befor e to being there every step of the way the whole day, making sure myself, my husband and dad always had a drink in our hand without having to go to the bar and that everyone was happy all day through. All the staff were incredible and we all had the best day! It was also great having the salon there within the hotel in which me and my bridesmaids got ready in. The girls couldn't have done a better job. I cried when I was ready (happy tears) :) All in all, I couldn't have had a more perfect day. Many thanks to Eastwood Hall.
